Owners Bill and Rachel Burns are committed to providing high quality service to the community. They believe that a reputation of honest and reliable service is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary repairs; the Burns family believe profits come from repeat business and referrals....period.

    Bill Burns has lived in Lorain County for 35 years, He graduated from the Lorain County JVS Heating and Air Conditioning program in 1993 and has worked in the heating and cooling industry ever since. He has attended many trade related training courses and has attained NATE certification. Believing in safety first, Bill received the 30 hour OSHA certification in Construction Safety and Health. In 2008; Bill returned to his roots and began teaching the Heating and Air Conditioning course at the Lorain County JVS Adult Career Center. He holds an Ohio State Adult Education certificate and is a registered EPA testing proctor for Ferris State University.

    Rachel Burns is also a graduate of the Lorain County JVS, then attended the Cleveland State University. Bill and Rachel have been happily married for 15 years. Together they have a 7 year old son Logan, who is involved in 4-H, Pee Wee baseball, and helping dad around the shop.
